User Account Management Guides

Please consult the following documents for instructions and answers to your questions. For questions regarding user IDs, password, and general information, students can email the MyWCC Student Helpdesk at MyWCCHelpdesk@sunywcc.edu or call (914) 606-5600. Faculty and staff should call the Help Desk at (914) 606-6665 for assistance.

Document	Description
Account Activation for new students	This document is for students who will be attending WCC who have received a letter from the Admissions Office with their User ID.
Account Activation for Continuing Ed and ELI students	This document is for all Continuing Ed and ELI students.
Account Activation for Faculty and Staff	This document is for all faculty and staff who need to activate their accounts.
Changing your MyWCC password	This document describes how to change your password.
Reset Forgotten Password	This document is for students who have previously activated their accounts but have forgotten their password.
